What to do if Broken Down
- Call into RAC (479) 471-6625 Select Option 2
- Submit Ticket Request on Pro-Lease Website
- Notify your IC Advisor of the situation and CC proleaseinfo@proleasetrucking.com on this email
- We will be here to assist where we can but ultimately you are responsible for ensuring the completion and coordinating of the repair / service.
What to do if Broken Down
- If this issue requires immediate repairs attention please follow Break Down instructions
- Find desired service location, if you would like to go to a USA / D.B. Schenker Service Center you can find all location information by clicking the button below
- Contact desired location to schedule service appointment, if at a USA / Schenker service location please let them know you are with Pro-Lease
- Give service location the following contact information for necessary approvals (proleaseinfo@proleasetrucking.com, (479) 471-2603
- Once you have scheduled your appointment, please complete the ticket form below. Please state on the form if you are still under your 30-day lease-prep warranty.
