In an effort to better assist our customers we have developed a ticket submission system to accept your request helping cutdown resolution delays

We recommend but do NOT REQUIRE USA Truck Service centers for repairs and maintenance.

As part of the Pro Lease Team, you will receive a discounted labor rate at USA Truck Service centers.
We are here to assist you with questions and help where we can and need in the
event of a breakdown, but at the end of the day you are responsible for
ensuring the completion and coordinating of the repair / service.

Pro-Lease Trucking Office Hours Monday-Friday 0800-1700 CST

  1. Email: rac@usa-truck.com (In the subject put PRO Lease and your truck number C0, in the body state the issue and current location)
  2. Submit Ticket Request on Pro-Lease Website
  3. Notify your IC Advisor of the situation and CC proleaseinfo@proleasetrucking.com on this email
  4. For After-hours Breakdown Assistance Call: (479) 471-6625 Select Option 2, please be ready to provide your truck number and don’t forget to mention you are with Pro-Lease. If you are outside of your 30-day lease-prep warranty, a $50 Service Fee may be included on repair totals
  1. If this issue requires immediate repairs attention please follow Break Down instructions
  2. Find desired service location, if you would like to go to a USA/D.B Schenker Service Center you can find all location information by clicking the button below
  3. Contact desired location to schedule service appointment, if at a USA/Schenker Service location please let them know you are with Pro-Lease
